Handle company formation and secretarial compliance
Every company in Bangladesh must meet ongoing obligations with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC): annual returns, AGMs, director and share changes, charges and more. Missing these leads to penalties and problems with banks, BIDA and tax authorities.
This course explains the Companies Act 1994 in practice and walks you through RJSC online filings. You will draft memoranda, articles, board and general meeting resolutions, and maintain statutory registers for private, public and one person companies.
