- Only clients of VATax Advisory & Co. may create a listing. Registration of an account does not guarantee approval.
- All new listings and all edits are subject to our review and approval before publication.
- You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must have the right to publish any text, photos, logos or other material you upload.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not publish false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, list illegal, counterfeit or restricted products or services, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, misuse the inquiry or review systems, or attempt to interfere with the website.
4. Monitoring, suspension and removal
We monitor the platform and may, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, edit, refuse, suspend or remove any listing, review or account, or issue a warning, if we believe these terms have been breached or the information is inaccurate.
5. Reviews and feedback
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Reviews are moderated and may be refused or removed.
6. Transactions between users
We do not take part in transactions between buyers and listed businesses. Any agreement is solely between those parties.
7. Intellectual property
The website design and our own content belong to VATax Advisory & Co. Listing content remains the property of the business that provided it, which grants us a licence to display it on the website.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from dealings between users.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
