What VATax Advisory & Co. checks before a business is listed — and what it does not. Please read this before relying on any listing.

Our verification process
- Client relationship — the business must be a client of VATax Advisory & Co.
- Identity check — NID or passport of the owner or authorised person.
- Legal documents — trade licence, e-TIN, VAT registration (BIN) and incorporation documents, as applicable.
- Listing review — every new listing and every edit is reviewed before it is published.
- Ongoing monitoring — complaints are investigated; businesses can be warned, suspended or removed.
✔ What we do
- Accept listings only from clients of VATax Advisory & Co.
- Carry out initial checks on the identity of the owner or authorised person and on the basic legal documents of the business (such as trade licence, e-TIN, BIN or incorporation documents, as applicable)
- Review each listing, and each edit, before it is published
- Monitor listings and act on complaints or irregularities
- Warn, suspend or remove businesses where we consider it necessary
✖ What we do not do
- Guarantee the quality, safety, quantity, legality or delivery of any product or service
- Guarantee prices, capacity, certifications or claims made by a business
- Take part in, broker, or guarantee any transaction, payment or contract
- Hold money on behalf of any party or act as an escrow agent
- Guarantee the future conduct or financial standing of any business
1. Nature of the platform
Business Associate (business-associate.com.bd) is a business network managed by VATax Advisory & Co. It allows approved clients to present information about their businesses, products and services, and allows visitors to find and contact them. It is an information and introduction platform only.
2. Scope of verification
Our checks are limited to initial verification of identity and basic business documents at the time of approval, and to periodic review. Being a client of VATax Advisory & Co., being listed on this website, or passing our initial checks does not mean that every product, transaction or future activity of a business is guaranteed. Labels such as “verified” or “approved” refer only to these limited checks.

3. Information provided by businesses
Listing content — including descriptions, photos, prices and contact details — is provided by the businesses themselves. Each business is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its own content. We may edit, suspend or remove content at our discretion.
4. Your own due diligence
Buyers, investors and service seekers should make their own enquiries before entering into any transaction, including checking samples, documents, licences, references and payment terms, and taking independent legal, tax, financial or technical advice where appropriate. Any contract is made directly between the buyer and the business.
5. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, VATax Advisory & Co. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users and listed businesses, or from reliance on information published by a business.
6. Reporting a concern
If you believe a listing is inaccurate or a business has acted improperly, please tell us at vataxfirm@gmail.com or +88 01713 560065. We review every report and may warn, suspend or remove the business.
